Yesterday and today were/will be identical. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, Lunch was about 6oz chicken breast with an avocado and grapes. I had an afternoon snack of a compliant LaraBar. Lots and lots and lots of water. Dinner is chicken salad and another avocado. Come on, Day 30……
Would you do the whole 30 again?

Probably not. I am now on Keto and it is worlds beyond what Whole30 was for me.
